Core Titanium Product Lines
Four lines, each with its own tolerances, thread specs and finishing options. Use the specifications below to shortlist parts before you send us a drawing.

Titanium Motorcycle Parts
Racing bolts, sprocket nuts, exhaust 12-point nuts, windscreen bolts, rear axle nuts and brake pump extension pipes. They replace OEM steel hardware and cut unsprung and rotating mass. Thread pitch and head geometry match the OEM part, so they bolt straight in.
| Material | Gr5 Ti-6Al-4V (TC4) |
|---|---|
| Thread Range | M5 – M24, fine & coarse pitch |
| Finish | Raw, polished, anodized, burnt rainbow |

Titanium Bicycle Parts
Stem top caps, disc brake caliper bolts, Torx rotor screws, bottle cage bolts, caliper bleed port screws and valve stems for MTB, road and gravel bikes. Hollow-drilled and color-anodized versions cut a little more weight while keeping torque reliable.
| Material | Gr5 Ti-6Al-4V |
|---|---|
| Common Sizes | M5×10/12, M6×20/30, 1-1/8" caps |
| Compatibility | Shimano, SRAM-style interfaces |

Titanium & Timascus EDC Gear
Tactical pens, paracord beads, begleri, EDC coins, keycaps, dog tags and business cards for outdoor, gift and collector brands. We machine Timascus (Mokuti) with wire EDM to keep its layered pattern, and offer custom engraving and anodized color schemes.
| Material | Gr5 TC4, Timascus / Mokuti |
|---|---|
| Processes | CNC, wire EDM, laser engraving |
| MOQ | From 50 pcs (Timascus from 1 pc) |

Standard Titanium Fasteners
Socket head cap screws (DIN 912), countersunk screws, hex flange bolts, nylon-insert lock nuts (DIN 985), micro machine screws down to M2 and washers. Used in marine, chemical, medical and drone assemblies where stainless steel corrodes or adds too much weight.
| Standards | DIN, ISO, ANSI / inch, JIS |
|---|---|
| Size Range | M2 – M36 |
| Grades | Gr2 CP titanium, Gr5 Ti-6Al-4V |
Where Our Titanium Parts Are Used
From race paddocks to everyday carry, buyers choose titanium for three reasons: it saves weight, it resists corrosion, and it does not react with the body.
Titanium vs. Steel vs. Aluminum Fasteners
Typical values for the materials buyers most often compare. Use them to check whether titanium suits your joint before you request samples.
| Property | Gr5 Ti-6Al-4V | Gr2 CP Titanium | 304 Stainless Steel | 7075-T6 Aluminum |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Density (g/cm³) | 4.43 | 4.51 | 7.93 | 2.81 |
| Min. Tensile Strength (MPa) | ≈ 895 | ≈ 345 | ≈ 515 | ≈ 570 |
| Weight vs. Steel, Same Size | ≈ 44% lighter | ≈ 43% lighter | Baseline | ≈ 65% lighter |
| Saltwater Corrosion Resistance | Excellent | Excellent | Good (pitting risk) | Fair (needs coating) |
| Fatigue / Heat (≈ 400 °C) | Retains strength | Moderate | Good | Poor above 150 °C |
| Best Fit | Racing bolts, structural, engine | Marine, chemical, formed parts | General hardware | Low-load cosmetic bolts |
Values are typical published figures for annealed bar stock and are for reference only. Grade 5 is roughly comparable to property class 8.8 steel. It does not replace class 10.9 or 12.9 bolts one-for-one in safety-critical joints.
See Our Production Before You Order
We publish production video for almost every part. You can watch the machining, threading and finishing steps before you place an order.
Factory Tour · 57 sec Small Team, Specialist Focus
Our team of 11–50 engineers and machinists works with titanium and other special metals for every order. Every order is handled by the same people who program the machines, so you deal directly with the shop floor.

From Drawing to Delivery in Six Steps
The same six steps apply to every order, whether you need a 50-piece sample run or repeat batches for your own brand.
Drawing Review
We check your STEP, IGES or PDF drawing, or the standard you specify, for whether it can be machined and what it will cost.
Material Selection
Gr5, Gr2 or Timascus, chosen to suit your load, environment and budget.
CNC Machining
Turning, milling and wire EDM, with photo and video updates as we go.
Surface Finish
Polishing, sandblasting, anodized colors or PVD coating.
Inspection
We check dimensions, threads and appearance against your drawing before packing.

Titanium Fastener Questions, Answered
Answers to the technical questions buyers ask us most often before ordering.
Which titanium grades do you use for fasteners?
Most structural bolts, nuts and racing hardware use Grade 5 titanium (Ti-6Al-4V, also called TC4), which has a minimum tensile strength of about 895 MPa. We use Grade 2 commercially pure titanium for parts where formability and corrosion resistance matter more than strength. Timascus (Mokuti) layered titanium is used for decorative EDC parts.
Can a Grade 5 titanium bolt directly replace a steel bolt?
Grade 5 titanium is roughly comparable in strength to property class 8.8 steel and about 44% lighter. It is not a like-for-like substitute for class 10.9 or 12.9 steel bolts in critical joints such as brake rotors, engine internals or suspension pivots. In those cases, increase the bolt size or have the joint checked by an engineer.
How do you prevent galling on titanium threads?
Titanium threads can gall under load. Apply a titanium-compatible anti-seize compound, tighten to torque values adjusted for the lubricant, and avoid power tools for final tightening. Rolled threads and controlled surface finish also reduce galling risk.
How are anodized titanium colors produced?
Titanium anodizing grows a thin oxide layer whose thickness, controlled by voltage, produces colors such as bronze, purple, blue, gold, green and rainbow by light interference. It uses no dye and adds no measurable weight. For better wear resistance on high-contact parts, PVD coating is an option.
Which fastener standards and custom drawings can you work with?
We manufacture to DIN, ISO metric, ANSI/inch and JIS standards. We also produce custom parts from customer drawings in PDF, STEP or IGES format, and send CNC process photos and videos during production.
What is the typical minimum order quantity?
Typical MOQs range from 50 to 300 pieces per specification, depending on part complexity and finish. Some Timascus items are available from 1 piece. Contact [email protected] with your specification for confirmation.
Have a Drawing or a Part to Replace?
Send us the thread size, length, head style, grade and finish. A machinist will reply within 4 hours on business days.
